Your failure to include this disclaimer leads to the false impression that Kindle copies are outselling the hard copies, when hard copies are outselling the e-books by two orders of magnitude. Hard copies are everywhere, even in our local supermarket (at a 40% discount no less, perhaps it was overpriced in the first place?). I am sure a lot of people that were expectantly waiting for this book didn't want to wait for Amazon to ship it when a short drive to their local store got them a copy several days earlier.
